Rates

A limited number of rooms are reserved at the Four Seasons Hotel starting at $365 per night ( rates are usually starting at $1019/night).

These rates do not include parking or taxes.
Room rates are based on one or two adults per room.  No additional charge for children under the age of 18 in parent's room.

When making telephone reservations, please indicate Pediatric Allergy & Dermatology Conference 2018 in order to take advantage of the group rates. Reservations must be made by February 16, 2018 as rooms will only be held on a space-available basis after this date and you may not get the conference rate when making your booking. The group rate will be honored for arrivals and departures three days prior to and three days after the group block on a space available basis.

Guarantee, Deposit and Cancellation policy:
Please note that all guest rooms must be guaranteed at time of reservation with a credit card. A deposit of room and tax for the full stay will be taken thirty (30) days prior to arrival. This deposit is non-refundable. 
In case of cancellation, a notice of cancellation must be received by the Four Seasons thirty (30) days prior to arrival for the deposit to be refunded. In the event such notice is not received within the time limit stated, the deposit is non-refundable. Early departures will be charged the full room rate, tax and service charges.
If you reserve less than 30 days in advance of your arrival, your full pre-payment is due at the time of booking
